| Our new colored art paddles depict images that are detailed artwork by Greg Alexander. Greg is an accomplished wildlife artist, having won national awards for Artist of the Year from the National Wild Turkey Federation and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, as well as state honors from Wisconsin and Minnesota. He has created eight waterfowl, pheasant and trout stamps for Wisconsin and Minnesota. The paddles are spray finished to protect the wood and image. All handles are wrapped with decorative cord. A signed and numbered certificate of authenticity from Greg Alexander will be on the back of all of Greg's images.
These are hand-crafted canoe paddles. The paddles are made from Northern Wisconsin Aspen, which is used for its light weight, superior strength, and beauty.
Each canoe paddle is as high in quality as any fine framed print. The measurements of the paddle are three feet long and is 5 inches wide and 1 inch thick. The paddle will be ready for hanging when it arrives.
Note: The canoe paddles will look like they have been painted on. The canoe paddles have not been painted on directly. The canoe paddle is not meant to be used and is for wall decoration only. The art on the canoe paddles is a special print that has been adhered to the canoe paddle in a special way that looks like the canoe paddle has been painted. This is similar to the process used to make framed prints that look like they have been painted. This is a way for you to get a painted canoe paddle look from a well known artist without paying hundreds of dollars for a painted canoe paddle.
